The 4th floor development project at St. Paul's was part of the Saskatchewan Surgical Care initiative aimed at reducing wait times throughout the province and promoting patient centered care. Due to the complexities of working in a fully functional hospital while managing infectionus control, the project was delivered using a construction management approach in a number of phases to reduce any disruption to the existing building.
