Renovations to the PA Campus have been completed to create the University of Saskatchewan's first satellite campus. Located in Prince Albert, the existing conventionally built 3 story building was partially occupied by a shared tenant. Our work included the tear down and re-purposing of approximately 30,700sqft and included replacing the existing mechanical equipment.
The work also included the replacement of the entire basement slab where previous slopes for parking were needing to be eliminated to suit a tenant fit-up. Due to its downtown location, the building had little to no laydown area for materials, equipment, etc. Therefore, most of the deliveries were being done off of a lane closure between the hours of 9am and 3pm. Despite this, and being partially occupied, the project was finished on schedule.
