The EIFS Replacement project for Cypress Regional Hospital is a phased project which entails the full demolition of 42,925 ft2 EIFS and underlying substrate and replacement of the same. The primary scope of work is performed by the EIFS contractor who also shares the full scaffolding system for all trade scopes’ use.

Tight schedule monitoring, subtrade co-ordination and ongoing Owner communication are the keys to success for the six phases of similarly sequenced work scheduled during the short summer (frost free) season.
