The project involved the construction of a new Volkswagen car dealership that included the show room and shop as one building, and a second building to accommodate the use of a pre-owned sales.  The dealership has a total floor area of 23,000 ft2 with a complete site and parking lot development.  The exterior finish of the buildings were tastefully done with the use of curtain wall and aluminum composite panels for the show room areas, along with insulated metal panels and horizontal metal siding to the balance of the exterior with some masonry accents and stucco to the shop areas.

Construction of the new dealership also included coordination and installation of the owner supplied vehicle lifts and work stations for the shop area, along with the equipment for the wash bay area.  

The project experienced several design related changes throughout construction, however we were still able to complete the project and turn it over within the 16 month agreed upon schedule that was proposed and accepted when construction commenced.
