The Water Security Agency (WSA) engaged Quorex to design, build and furnish a permanent office space to meet the needs of WSA’s corporate expansion. The leased facility is approximately 15,600 square feet (plus an additional approximate 3,000 square feet in mezzanine) located in Units 10, 20 and 30 of the Pichler Centre, 3904 Millar Avenue, Saskatoon, SK

The scope of work for this project includes complete design, construction and furnishing services.

The project required careful coordination with the property owner and the other tenants to ensure that their operations are not interrupted during construction. Quorex was proactive in keeping all stakeholders informed of the project status so they are prepared for any disturbances.

The Quorex team completed the project on time and within budget. That was crucial to the success of the project as WSA’s staff had to move out of the old offices before the lease is up. Quorex helped WSA achieve that. The staff moved to the new office in a timely manner and all the furnishings were ready to receive them per the agreed schedule.
