Design Build Services including architectural, engineering, and construction of a community recreational facility (20,250 sq ft.) that will include: Community hall with stage/gymnasium, Fitness Centre, Library, Commercial Kitchen, Flex Space/Meeting Rooms, Wellness Space, Facility administration area, provisions for future expansion, and storage. The project is located south of South Elbow Drive and east of Lakeside Road in Elbow, SK.

Contract award was in Sept 13, 2021. We submitted foundation permit and started piling on Nov 2, 2021. We continued with the design until Nov 30, 2021. We completed construction on October 26, 2022, 6 months ahead of the Owner’s expected schedule (matching our initial construction schedule).

The original budget was $5.5M. We added $100,000 in change orders due to the Owner’s upgrades to the building that they requested once they knew their contingency was safe.
