The Stonebridge Commercial Building is the first phase to a multi phased development for commercial retail space.  The construction consisted of 52,000 ft2 building shell, parking lot, sidewalks, curbs, landscaping, and a retaining wall. Exterior finish involved a combination of EIFIS stucco, metal panels and curtain wall.
