Hyde Park View is a 222,056 ft2 seniors’ life lease building with 115 units, as well as a 25-bed personal care facility and retail spaces.  The building has a reflecting pool, hot tub, underground heated parking and storage compound for tenant use.  The project is a combination of a concrete structure and wood frame structure along with a parkade to provide tenants with a heated area close to elevators to access their suites within the comfort of the building. Quorex was engaged very early in the project and assisted the team with selection of consultants, rezoning requirements, as well as providing budgets very early in the project to allow financing and board approvals.
