At Quorex, we have a long history of constructing and renovating educational facilities.  Martensville High School Renovation and Addition is just one of the projects we have completed.  This project consisted of constructing 50,000 ft2 of new classrooms, theatre, gathering and gym spaces.  We also renovated 46,000 ft2 of the existing school.  This project required a complete removal and replacement of the roof in the renovated areas.  Another large part of the project was bringing all existing spaces up to current building codes.  The tie-in to the existing school provided to be great difficulty as we uncovered structural issues within the gym walls.  As a result, we had a major adjustment to the schedule phasing.  Nevertheless, we were able to keep the project on time and with very little interruption of ongoing classes.
