New Living Unit at the Pine Grove Correctional Centre in Prince Albert with an approximate floor area of 1600m2.  The new facility was connected with a corridor and link to the existing multipurpose building at the Pine Grove Correctional Centre. Phased Construction Management project which included new construction along with improvements to the site and yard of the existing building, new enclosures as well as a new security system to suit the facility.
